The first place to look for help is this knowledge base. But if that doesn't do the trick, there are a few great way to get Support:

  1. The Community Forum. We monitor the forums and try to respond within a work day to any question submitted.
  2. Our mail (which connects you with the same people monitoring the forum, but keeps it private from the Grape community).
  3. If you have a paid plan, you can also reach us via Phone or your dedicated direct support chatrooms in your organization.
  4. You can tweet at us or message us on Facebook, if you are more the social media type :)

These are the best ways to get quick support from Grape.
