You can edit you organization's support link and change, where your users will be forwarded with their requests.
- Click Settings on the left top of the chat
- Click on Organization Info in the left sidebar
- Scroll to Customer Support Link and choose one of the three options
- Default: Standard link to our Grape Helpcenter
- E-Mail: Enter in the textbox below the E-Mail adress you want your users to contact for requests
- Link: Enter in the textbox below the web adress you want your users to be forwarded for requests
